Packages are managed and labels are printed from the eCELLAR Administrative Control Panel (ACP) .

    1. Date range as desired.
    2. Billing Status = Paid.
    3. Fulfillment - Compliance = Passed (If using ShipCompliant this is mandatory!).
    4. Fulfillment - Ship Status = Unshipped and/or Hold Ship.
    5. Other criteria as desired to filter relavent orders for shipping.
  2. Managing Packages -
    1. From order search results > Select Action > Manage Shipping Labels. This will engage Ship Manager.

Once in Ship Manager packages or order details can be modified if needed:

      2. Linked order ID - opens the order detail in a new browser tap.
      3. Modify Setting button - shipping settings can be modified in bulk for selected orders/packages.

      4. Plus icon - adds packages so orders can be separated into more that one package.
      5. The alcohol box is checked by default when Wine items (Product Type) are included in the order.

  3. Generate Labels -
    1. Click the Generate Labels button:
      1. Tracking numbers will be assigned and and added to the order(s).
  4. Printing Labels -
    1. Individual labels can be printed using the printer icon in Ship Manager, or in order search results.
    2. Bulk print labels
      1. Click Return to Search results
      2. Select Action > Print Shipping Labels

NOTE: Printing is limited to 100 labels at a time.

  1. Changing Generated Labels -
    1. Click the padlock icon.

Unlocking orders cancels the label! (A warning message will appear with the option to proceed or cancel the action.)

    2. After edits or updated are made, to regenerate a label click the Generate Label button.

    3. POS Voids will attempt to void the label with the carrier.

Use with ShipCompliant

Tracking information can be sent to ShipComplaint.

IMPORTANT: This workflow MUST be performed as described below.

Any variation will result in unexpected behavior of shipping status updates and transmission of tracking information between eCELLAR and ShipComplaint.

  1. Labels are created for only those orders that passed compliance.
  2. Check the Ship box, either in bulk or individually.

  3. Once shipping is updated with a green checked box, the order is updated in ShipCompliant to Sent to Fulfillment.

NOTE: At that point the label cannot be edited or cancelled.

  4. As with this same process for sending orders through ShipCompliant for a fulfillment house, this is "set it and forget it".

Changes made to orders in eCELLAR will not transmit to ShipComplaint, and changes made in ShipComplaint to an order may cause updates to me interrupted.

  5. POS voids - An attempt will be made to cancel the order ion ShipCompliant and cancel the related label(s) at the carrier.
