Club Tiers

A Club Tier is the level of membership to which a customer is subscribed.  Each club tier will correspond to a shipment event, used to create a batch of orders.  A customer may have more than one club tier subscription.  Review your existing tiers or create a new club tier using the steps below.

From the Admin Control Panel, go to  Club > Tiers.  When viewing the list of tiers, select the Add a New Club Tier link at the top of the page to create a new club tier.  In the New Club Tier page, complete each field.

Best Practice:  It’s helpful to keep handy a list of all your club tiers with a brief description of the membership level.  If you have many clubs, this can serve as a checklist as you create each shipment event.
