Club Shipping Rates

Club shipping rate groups are created especially for club shipment events.  Each club shipping rate group should correspond to the size of the shipment for each tier; the rates are determined by the number of bottles in each shipment.   Within each group, each state is assigned a ship code, shipper, fulfillment house and shipping rate.

Best Practice: We think it is a great idea to have club shipping rate tables for different times of the year too!  For example, creating a 6-bottle winter rate group and a 6-bottle summer rate group allows for different ship methods to be designated based on the time of year, so it  warmer months the methods might be set for cold-chain or temp control shipping, or to automatically include icepacks.

How to Edit Existing Club Rate Tables

To access your club shipping rate tables from the Admin Control Panel go to Club > Shipping Rates.  Then click Rates to access the list of states, rates and methods for the desired Shipping Rate Group.

1
When viewing a list of rates for a selected shipping group, the rates are listed alphabetically by state. To edit any of the existing rate levels, click the hyperlinked state name.

2
Once a state is selected to edit, all settings are available. To change the shipper or code, first select the shipper desired.  The ship code will automatically populate based on the shipper selected using a standard reference table.  If you use an alternate ship code for the selected ship method, you will need to re-enter the code alias used by your winery and/or fulfillment house.
3
If you have not reviewed the club ship tables for a while, pay attention to the column for Shipper.  The shipper should be added for each state, and should correspond to the ship code. Use the hyperlinked state name to access each rate editor.
