Order - Email Campaign Association

Campaign attribution is visible in Order Detail:  When an order originates from a campaign click, the associated Campaign Title and a link to the Campaign Preview is displayed in the Order Detail.

This provides greater insight into the marketing activity associated with an order.

Edit Order Campaign Association

Users can select the edit icon to alter the campaign associated with the order for even more accurate tracking.

• Click on the pencil icon and a window will open with the current campaign information.
• Select a different campaign from the drop-down menu > click update.

NOTE: The drop down menu will include active, that is reoccurring and launched, campaigns dated within the last three months.

Order Campaign Search

Order search, under the Back Office tab, select sent campaigns.

More than one campaign can be selected. This will result in orders created via one of those selected.
