Reservation Reports

Reservation Reports provide detailed views of metrics for reservation performance, attendance, referral tracking and more. Seven reports are available to view, print and export; each flexible by date range.  

Permission Required:  To access the reservation reports, your user account must be enabled with two permissions: 
      1.) Primary access to the Reports menu, and
      2.) The permission to access the sub-menu option for Reservations
Contact your eCellar User Manager for assistance. 

To view all Reservation Reports, begin in the Admin Control Panel and navigate to Reports > Reservations.  Data for report viewing can be sourced two ways: 

  1. Using the Date Pickers
  2. Loading a saved or current Reservation Type Search

All reports will default to the current month date range. To view a specific date range, click into the start or end date fields and use the calendar to select a new date. Or, use the drop-down menu to select a saved (or current session) reservation search. 

To populate a report, click on a  Report Title tabs to view the results. 


Reservation Reports by Type

By Date Report

Displays all reservations by date. Total sales count paid, credit and refunded orders that were place on the same day a customer has a reservation booked.

Visits by Day

Total reservation counts and total party size by day, including day of the week, for the entire date range used. 

Reservation Type

Total reservation, party size and taster count by reservation type summarized for the date range selected.  Only reservation's with a status of visited and/or late are reported.  Order revenue is based on customers that purchased the same day of their reservation in paid, credit and refunded status.

Reservation Station

Total reservation, party size and taster count by reservation station, summarized for the date range selected. Only visited and late reservations are reported. Order revenue is based on customers that purchase the same day of their reservation in paid, credit and refunded status.

Reservation Status

Reservation summary report by status of reservations within the date range selected. Order revenue is based on customers that purchased the same day as their reservation in paid, credit and refunded status.

Referrals

Reservation revenue by referral customer, viewed by months selected in the date range with annual summary. Revenue is based on customers that purchased the same day as their reservation in paid, credit and refunded status. Only visited and late reservations are reported.

Visitor Summary

Reservation Summary report based on the date range selected. Only visited and late reservations are reported.
