Email Templates
PLEASE NOTE: Email Templates require a User Permission. The Permission is an individual part of the Content permission.
Email Templates represent those emails that are sent automatically to either consumers or administrators upon customer action taken on your web site. There are various templates for these which can be customized and used for different communications with customers or to inform administrators.
Email Templates can be found and managed under the Content Tab in the Administrative Control Panel.
Customer Templates
There are six CONSUMER templates - those that customers receive automatically upon taking the respective action.

| Consumer Push Pay | Push Pay email to consumer. |
| Consumer Reservation Created | Reservation submitted via DW notification email to consumer. |
| Consumer Virtual Gift Card | Virtual Gift Card email to consumer |
There are fifteen ADMIN templates - those that administrators receive automatically upon taking the respective action, listed with the recipient field in Company Settings.

Editing Customer Templates
- Each template can be edited by clicking on the hyper-linked title.
- There are several different merge fields that can be added to both the subject and the email body respectively.
- In the WYSISYG editor, to choose a merge field, click on the merge name in the drop down menu, move your cursor to the location you want to use it and click return.
- Images and Logos, hyperlinks, and formatting, etc. can be added and effected using the HTML Source code.
- IMPORTANT: Test your emails to confirm appearance and perform the respective actions in your web site.
