Notification Templates
PLEASE NOTE: Notification Templates require a User Permission. The Permission is an individual part of the Content permission.
Notification Templates are automated email notifications triggered by website actions via Designer Widgets (DW).
All templates can, and should, be edited to meet your specific winery ethos.
Email Templates can be found and managed under the Content Tab in the Administrative Control Panel.
Customer Templates
There are nine CONSUMER templates, which are automatically sent to customers.

Admin Templates
There are eighteen ADMIN templates, which are automatically sent to administrators listed with the recipient field in Company Settings.

Editing Templates
Each template can be edited by clicking on the hyper-linked title.
- There are several different merge fields that can be added to both the subject and the email body respectively.
- In the WYSISYG editor, to choose a merge field, click on the merge name in the drop down menu, move your cursor to the location you want to use it and click return.
- Images and Logos, hyperlinks, and formatting, etc. can be added and effected using the HTML Source code.
- IMPORTANT: Test your emails to confirm appearance by performing the corresponding actions in your web site.
