Managing Declined Orders

You also have tools easily access declined orders from the Club Settlement Transaction Status page

  Identifying Declined Orders

  Identifying Declined Orders

- View in the Bulk Auth/Capture Log: Orders > Utilities > Bulk Auth/Capture Log
OR
Run a report:
- Payments > Search: From the Saved Search Templates (lightening bolt) select Declined Credit Cards_No Dates
- You may add dates, make sure you choose Funds Cap
> Show results

Option to send Declined Custom Receipts: Use the action drop-down menu to select > Send Receipts, then select your desired template
OR 
Option to send a Campaign: Click Switch Results, choose Customers > Click Save Search, name the group with a specific description to be used for an e-mail campaign.
* Remember to create/use a Declined Order Magic Link to include in the email campaign!

  Apply a new Credit card to an existing declined order

- Open the order in Order Detail View
- Click the edit Pencil in the Payment Information box

- The OpenEdge Pay Form will pop up. Enter new credit card information.
- Click [Update]
This order will be resubmitted for payment during your next Club Batch Settlement attempt
OR
Click on the Dollar icon/Process Order to process immediately

  Cancel a Wine Club Order

- Open the order in Order Detail View
- Click the red X [Cancel] in Billing Status

- Click [OK] – this changes the Shipping Status to Cancelled also

  Apply a new Credit Card AND add products to an existing declined order

- Pull the order into the POS: Search > Orders button > enter order number > Search

- Add new products
- Enter new credit card information on payment line
- NOTE: Double check pricing, discounts, shipping costs and method, and fulfillment location
- Click [Place Order]
