Search for Orders

Search for orders directly from the POS, and select a possible action.  This is most often used for Returns, Credits and Voids.  Depending on the status of the order, the available actions will be different.

POS > Click Search in the Toolbar

Toggle the Search to Orders. Orders may be searched by the Order ID, Sales Channel (source), Sales Rep, and/or Customer Information.
