Captcha
In June of 2024 captcha functionality was made available as an optional feature to employ on winery web sites.
Attributes of this feature:
• Discreet and unobtrusive - not visible to the customer.
• Enabled per brand and per action.
• Ability to set allowable scores per action per brand.
• Stored captcha assessments for score setting analysis and forensics.
There will be a fee for use of Captcha. Because of the unknown nature of potential use, once implemented, fees will be assessed and based upon usage/activity and then charged accordingly starting at $25 per month depending on usage.
Training of this feature will be performed on an ad-hoc basis. Reach out to Support if you would like to have it added to your services and schedule training time.

The ACP Captcha Settings page is accessable by anyone that has the COMPANY permission.
Setup
- Enabling Captcha for API Actions:
- Setting the risk assessment score: The score represents risk assessment using Google's Enterprise reCaptcha API where 0 is a very risky (bot like) interaction and 10 is a less risky (human-like) interaction. You may choose, for example, to allow customers to sign in only when the score is high and the risk is low.
- You may want to start with a medium setting and then as scores are established move it higher.
Enable: Click the ENABLE button. A popup message will appear confirming the score behavior. Click Continue to enable and set the score
Editing the score: Simply slide the bar to the desired new score. A popup message will appear confirming the new score. Click Continue to set the new score.
