Welcome! eCellar is a web-based software solution; we recommend using Firefox or Chrome as your primary browser for eCellar. To login to eCellar, go here: https://www.ecellarservices.com.
Every user (that's you!) has a unique login username and password. During the initial launch for your winery all users are provided with a personal username and a password to get started.
Once you've logged in for the first time, rest your user password to something more personal. Use the Admin Control Panel (ACP) menu on the far right, and open the User > Change Password.
Security is important to us! For the safety of your database and system configurations, all users with management-level permissions are restricted access to eCellar utilizing approved IP addresses. An IP address is the unique identifier for your internet network, and is usually assigned from your internet provider. To get new users started, we typically authorize accounts with the IP address at the Winery.
Each user can have up to 15 approved IP addresses in your account at anytime, so you can access eCellar from all of your desired locations. If you try to login (from home, for example) you may see a message that says "Invalid Authentication" which is a failed login warning. You'll want to submit the IP address from the eCellar login page to our support team at supportteam@ecellar1.com and we'll quickly validate this IP address and grant to access to eCellar.
Additionally, to be PCI Level 2 compliant, you will be prompted for a password reset every 90 days.
Be Careful:eCellar is PCI level 2 certified; and to stay within our security policies the Support Team is not permitted to transmit user passwords via email. If you need to have your password reset and you're ready to log into eCellar, give us a call for help, and we'll update your password and help you get logged in.
