Click [Enter] to Search
On all new Search Forms (Customers, Orders, Payments, Reservations, Memberships) clicking Enter or Return on your keyboard will submit the search form and navigate you to the result page. Yah! no more scrolling to the bottom to click a button!
Ship Tracking Import for Delivery Date
When using the ship tracking import utility to updated shipped orders and insert tracking information into the order detail, the utility will now also update the delivered date information, if included in the import file. If a delivery date is included in the spreadsheet to import, the order ship status will be updated to Delivered, and the delivery date will be appended into the carrier tracking information.
Find the Ship Tracking Import Tool in: Company > Shipping > Utilities
Order Search for Campaign click-through purchases
In the new Order Search form, use the Back Office section to search for orders created specifically from campaign click-through to your online store. The Search allows you to find orders from a single campaign, or search multiple email campaigns at once. For even more insight, compound this search with specific promo codes to track highly specific order behavior.
Bug fixes
- When a company location is no longer used as an inventory location, use the location settings to de-select Has INV. This will remove the location from appearing in the View Inventory by Locations report.
- When viewing Campaign Statistics, use the available hyperlinks to jump to the number of new orders, and see the list of orders in updated result view format. Super easy for reviewing purchase conversion!
- QUICK CAMPAIGN functionality is restored for both Legacy Search, and New Search.
