Compliance Check in Order Detail
Real-time compliance check in the Admin Control Panel (ACP) while viewing the order detail. This is a compliance check with commit to ShipCompliant.. The order status in ShipCompliant will be payment accepted, and will not yet have the ship method and shipper information.
Warning: Do not send partial return orders via ShipCompliant gateway. We recommend to only process full returns, and create a new order for the customer. This ensures data integrity in all systems, and accuracy of the products shipped to the consumer.
Order Detail
When viewing the order detail page of an Unshipped or Hold Ship order, check the compliance box in the upper right corner, and Update to immediately check the compliance of the order in real-time.
