Create Order for Existing Customer

Search the database to locate an existing customer record and begin creating an order.  You can also pull a customer record into the POS at anytime while building an order, before payment is finalized.

Search for a Customer 

POS > Search > Lookup customer record
Customers can be found using first name, last name, email address or Customer ID.  All fields are enabled to partial-search using just the first few letters added.

Select Customer Account

If multiple matches are available, select the desired customer record. Active records are blue, and inactive records are red. 

 In the POS, the customer's name will be loaded at the top of the order screen.

Continue with Order

Complete the sale by selecting desired products and quantities then processing payment.
