Feature Requests


Clients like you have helped us evolve eCellar over the past 25 years, and we continue to listen with great interest in what you want to do more via eCELLAR.


When we receive feature requests, we look at our existing feature request ticket list, and if we do not find it there, and we think it'll have broad appeal to our client base, we will create a ticket for it for later reference when we improve the module in which the feature may be included.


There are two types of updates we perform in eCellar: Unpaid and Sponsored.


Unpaid feature requests are worked into our development queue as more clients request them, and there is no charge to the client base, and as such, there is no estimated time of arrival (ETA).


Sponsored feature requests are those for which the client who has requested it will also pay for it's development, testing and release into our production environment (available to all). We highlight the Sponsor when we release the new feature, giving them credit, to the entire client base.


If you are interested in sponsoring a feature, please complete this form so we can provide a cost estimate. Include as detailed a description as possible and send screen shots or any other images you feel will inform. Feature requests usually start in the 3-hour range, at a rate of $150/hour.


If you are not interested in sponsoring the feature(s), then we will most likely add it to our ticket list, and we will be in touch if we need clarification or when it is completed.
