Search: Cancelled Club - No New Subscription

Have you ever wanted to search for club members who have cancelled and have not signed up for a different club tier or another subscription?

This video will show the process to do this simple search.

This is the search criteria:

1. memberships > status = canceled, cancel dates = as you desire.
2. search results
3. switch to customer
4. add a negate form (-) for memberships, leave at defaults (will omit active memberships)
5. search

Create a Customer tag and tag these account for future research or segmentation.
